ACTIVITY REPORT
On January 29th, 2008, I have organised, on behalf of BRE and with Professor Dr. Milovan VIDACOVIC, a seminar on Fire protection in Belgrade (Serbia).
Prof. VIDACOVIC is the chairman of DITUR, the Serbian association of fire engineers, which counts +/- 800 members. DITUR is member of CFPA-Europe. The purpose of this seminar was to introduce BRE and to develop its activities in the field of fire and security: mainly in testing, inspection, consulting and certification.
Around 180 people attended this seminar: fire engineers, fire brigade commanders, insurers, industrials, architects, manufacturers and distributors of fire protection equipments, professors of the university, journalists and students.

| GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND CONFERENCE OF CFPA-E IN BELGRADE 2007 |

The general assembly of CFPA-E is on 14th and 15th of June in Belgrade, and on the 16th the conference on which the participants are from CFPA-E. Conference will be held in a big congress centre ? Sava Centar, and it?s aspected that there will be between 500 and 1000 experts in fire protection and building security attending. The goal of the conference is that south-east Europe gets acquainted with the development of scientific knowledge, so the mutual cooperation will lead to prosper.
At the same time with the conference in the hall of Sava Centar will be held a expo with achievements in this area, participants will be from abroad and from Serbia.

Belgrade- 315 floors skyscrapers

In Belgrade, September 16, 2006, at ten o? clock, will be held the International Conference about fire protection in skyscrapers. The reason of it is the project for the construction of the object (315 floors) in Belgrade. The conference is held in premises of DITUR.
At the conference the inspection service, insurances organization, laboratories, the equipment producers and several international experts will take part.
The basic idea for the conference is to prevent the mistakes cause during the construction, as well as the comparison of European and Serbian Guidelines in the field of fire protection.
